I can't see any shifts in the app, what do I do?

If you don’t see any shifts, it is due to one of the following reasons:

  1. There are no shifts available with the shift filters you’ve selected.

  2. You are already confirmed for a shift at that time, you are confirmed for a double shift or a 12-hour shift on that day.

  3. You are missing a COVID-19 vaccination card or exemption on your account profile.

  4. You need to update to the newest version of the NurseDash app in the app store.

  5. You have limited shift visibility due to your Reliability Score.
