Shift attendance and timely communication are critical behaviors for our facilities. When our NDPros demonstrate these qualities, facilities are more likely to trust our community and share more shifts with our NDPros.

Once you are confirmed to work a shift, you should only withdraw in case of an emergency. If you can’t honor your commitment, withdraw as soon as possible to minimize the impact on your Reliability score.

Withdrawing within 24 hours of a confirmed shift will flag your account. If you withdraw from 3 confirmed shifts in a row, your account will be placed on hold. To reactivate your account, you will need to submit documentation of your emergency here. After documentation is received, account review may take up to 5-7 business days. Pending on your historic reliability events, your account may be reactivated or placed on probation.
