The NurseDash Referral Program allows you to earn rewards by referring qualified healthcare professionals to join the NurseDash platform.
You can now refer directly within the NurseDash app, making it faster and easier to track your referrals and start earning.
How Do I Refer Someone?
To refer a healthcare professional:
Open your NurseDash app
Tap on your Profile
Select Refer a Friend
Enter your referral’s information and submit
Your referral will receive a text invitation to apply and begin onboarding.
Who Can I Refer?
You can refer licensed and qualified healthcare professionals, including:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA)
Certified Medication Aides (CMA) / Medication Aides
Surgical Technicians (CST)
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN)
Registered Nurses (RN)
Radiologic Technologists (Rad Tech)
Your referral should meet role qualifications and be interested in picking up shifts through NurseDash.
What Rewards Can I Earn?
Your reward is based on the role of your referral:
Standard Roles (CNA/STNA, CMA, Medication Aide, CST, LPN/LVN):
Earn $150 when your referral is approved and completes their first shift
Registered Nurse (RN) & Radiologic Technologist Roles:
Earn $250 when your referral is approved and completes their first shift
There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
What Does My Referral Earn?
Your referral also receives a sign-on bonus:
$150 (standard roles) or $250 (RN/Rad Tech roles)
Paid after completing 3 full shifts (8+ hours each)
Is There a Deadline for My Referral to Complete Onboarding?
Yes, your referral must complete onboarding within 30 days of being referred to qualify.
How Do I Track My Referrals?
Referrals are managed directly through NurseDash.
If you need a status update on your referral at any time, you can reach out to our team and we’ll provide the latest update.
When Will I Receive My Reward?
You’ll receive your reward after your referral:
Is approved on the platform
Completes their first shift
Your payment will be sent via direct deposit once these steps are completed.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Referrals I Can Make?
No — you can refer as many qualified healthcare professionals as you’d like. The more you refer, the more you earn.
