What is the NurseDash Referral Program?

The NurseDash Referral Program enables you to earn rewards by referring qualified healthcare professionals to join the NurseDash platform. Utilizing our Referral Partner Boon, the referral process is streamlined, allowing you to track your referrals and receive timely updates and payments.

How Do I Refer Someone?

To refer a healthcare professional to NurseDash:

  1. Sign Up or Log In: Access the Boon platform here.

  2. Initiate a New Referral

  3. Enter Referral Details: Search for your contact or manually input their information.

  4. Select the Appropriate Role: Choose the relevant job opening that matches your referral's qualifications.

  5. Submit the Referral: Click 'Send Referral' to complete the process.

Who Can I Refer?

You can refer licensed and qualified healthcare professionals, including:

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

  • State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA)

  • Certified Medication Aides (CMA)

  • Medication Aides

  • Surgical Technicians (CST)

  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN)

  • Registered Nurses (RN)

  • Radiologic Technologists (Rad Tech)

Ensure that your referrals meet the necessary qualifications and are interested in joining NurseDash.

What Rewards Can I Earn?

Your rewards are based on the role of your referral:

  • $150: For each CNA, STNA, CMA, Medication Aide, Surgical Technician, or LPN/LVN who gets approved and completes 3 full shifts (8+ hours each) within their first 6 months.

  • $250: For each RN or Radiologic Technologist who gets approved and completes 3 full shifts (8+ hours each) within their first 6 months.

Note: The referred professional must complete 3 shifts within the first 6 months of signing up on NurseDash to qualify for the payout.

How Do I Track My Referrals?

Boon provides real-time tracking of your referrals. After logging into your Boon account, you can:

  • View the status of each referral (e.g., interviewing, onboarded).

  • Receive notifications when your referral progresses through the hiring process.

  • Monitor when your referral completes the required shifts.

This transparency ensures you're always informed about your referral's journey and your upcoming rewards.

When Will I Receive My Reward?

Once your referral completes the required 3 shifts within their first 6 months, your reward will be processed. Payments are typically made via direct deposit or other methods supported by NurseDash. You'll receive a notification from Boon when your reward is on its way.

Is There a Limit to the Number of Referrals I Can Make?

No! You can refer as many qualified healthcare professionals as you like. The more successful referrals you make, the more rewards you can earn.
