A facility is asking me to come in for a shift that's not on NurseDash. What do I do?

NurseDash can only process payment for and assist users with the shifts listed on the NurseDash App.

Please ask the facility to list the shift on the NurseDash app and complete the shift confirmation process prior to working the shift.

NurseDash cannot assist any engagement you may have with a facility outside of the NurseDash platform. Furthermore, NurseDash is not obligated to process payments for shifts not listed on the NurseDash app. If you are contacted directly by a facility to work on a shift not listed on the NurseDash app, you are assuming all potential risk and liability.

The shift must be confirmed through NurseDsah and you must clock in and out for the shift within the app.
