If you find a good fit at a certain facility and they offer a full time position, you may accept their offer and there isn’t a placement fee for full time hires.
NurseDash does not have a placement fee for full-time offers. Because NurseDash doesn’t offer full time employment we aren’t going to keep you from finding a great full time position if that is what you are looking for.
Keep in mind, since we consider ourselves to be a virtual PRN platform, we do not allow candidates to work directly with the facility on a part-time or PRN basis.
