Shift Invites allow facilities to send direct invitations to their favorite NDPros for open shifts. If you receive an invite, it means a facility specifically wants to work with you!

Identifying a Shift Invite
When you receive a shift invite, you will see an orange bar at the top of your NurseDash app. Tap the orange bar to view shift details:
When you tap on the orange bar, you will be able to view all of the shift details you were invited to. Once you select a shift you've been invited to, you will have the option to accept or decline the shift invitation.
✅ If you accept the invite, you are automatically confirmed for the shift—no extra steps needed!
🚫 If you decline the invite, your reliability score will not be affected.
Not Seeing Any Shift Invites?
If you're not seeing any shift invites but expected to:
Update your NurseDash app by deleting and redownloading it through your smartphone's app store.
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
Check your notification settings to allow alerts for new shifts.
Reach out to NurseDash support if you believe you're missing invites.

The more you engage with facilities and pick up at certain facilities with good behavior and reliability, the more likely you are to become a favorite and receive invites!
