You can directly communicate with the facility right through your NurseDash app! After you apply for a shift, please click on the messaging icon on the top right corner of the shift detail. This will open up a channel between you and the facility so that you are able to send them any questions you may have, including parking instruction, color of the uniform, specific individual to whom you should report upon arrival.

Being new to the platform and to the facilities, one of the best way to be considered for selection of your applied shift is to introduce yourself through this chat channel. You can share with them highlight of your careers, years of experience, and other qualification distinguishing you from others. Here is a quick example -

Hi Pluto Senior Living Facility! I wanted to reach out and introduce myself - My name is John and I have been a practicing CNA for the last 5 years. I have worked at Assisted Living and Skilled Care Nursing Facilities, specializing in care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. I am extremely passionate for what I do and understand that every individual deserves the best care. I am excited for the opportunity to work with your team! Please let me know if you have any questions."
