You have an expired license, you have not completed the required fingerprinting or drug screen. If you were unable to complete this, submit a request here.
You have withdrawn from more than 3 confirmed shifts in a row within 24 hours or had a no-call no-show.
Illness or COVID-19. If you have reported feeling ill or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, your account is automatically placed on hold for 14 days in compliance with CDC self-isolation guidelines.
Your account has been flagged due to a behavioral report from the facility.
