I can't find my bank, what do I do?

If you can't find your bank while setting up your Direct Deposit, encounter any issues with the Automatic Set up, or you operate with PMC or Capital One, please follow the steps below to link your bank account to your NurseDash account.

Using your NurseDash App, tap your Profile icon at the bottom right portion of the navigation bar.

After you select Add or Set up Payment Method, complete your profile information.

Step 2: Link your Bank Account - Manual Method

Please make sure to enter the accurate information, incorrect information will delay your payment and you will need to redo the payment set-up process, so please double and triple check all the details and that the bank account you are linking belongs to you to avoid unnecessary delays.
