How to Set Up Your Payment Method

Linking your bank with NurseDash

To set up your Direct Deposit Payment Method, open your NurseDash App and simply tap your Profile icon at the bottom right portion of the navigation bar and choose “Payment Method” option.

After selecting Set up Payment Method, you will be asked to complete your Personal Profile.

Step 1: Complete your Profile information

After this is completed it's time to link your bank to receive your NurseDash Payments.

Step 2: Link your Bank account 🏦

There are two ways you can do this:

1) Automatic set up supported by Plaid's secured encrypted portal that will allow you to log in to your online banking account.

2) Manual set up in case your bank isn't on their default list or is not supported by Plaid.

  • If the bank account you want to link is part of the PMC or Capital One network, please perform this method instead, Plaid's verification system doesn't currently support these banks.

Link Using Plaid's Automatic Set up:

Most major banks will be listed from the search bar on the next screen and you will simply be redirected to your bank's online banking site via a secured portal provided by Plaid to connect your NurseDash account with your bank.

Step 3: Success! 🎉

Afterward, you will still be able to view and update the information by navigating back to Profile > Payment Method as shown in the first image at the top of this article.
