Overview: New Shift Posting Process
NurseDash built a brand-new shift posting page to help you post out your entire schedule in seconds.
With the new shift posting process, you can:
Pre-fill your shift details with templates
Post your shift on multiple days
Choose the number of nurses that you need for each shift
What is a Shift Template?
Shift Templates is a feature that allows you to save your shift details into a template. By selecting your template on the Create Shifts page, you can post your shifts in just a few clicks.
How do I create a Shift Template?
In order to create a shift template, all you have to do is:
Navigate to the Shift Template page
Click the “Create Template +” button on the top right-hand corner
Fill out the template with the details for one of your commonly posted shifts
The next time you navigate to the shift posting page, you will be able to select your shift templates to post your shift in seconds.

What else can I do on the Shift Templates page?
In addition to creating a new shift template, you can also:
View all of your shift templates
Edit an existing shift template
Delete an existing shift template
How do I use the new Create Shifts Page?
The new Create Shifts page is powered by shift templates. Here’s how to make the most out of the new Create Shifts page:
Select your template at the top of the page to pre-fill your shift details
Select the date (or dates) for your shift
Choose the number of nurses (aka Openings) that you need for each day
Click post!
Your posted shifts will appear in the top right hand corner of the screen!

Where can I see my posted shifts?
All of your posted shifts will be available to you on your Calendar. Click the Calendar option in the menu to see all of your posted shifts.
