DailyPay is a NurseDash-sponsored benefit that allows you to access your earned income in advance of payday.*

We're excited to announce that we are rolling out DailyPay as an additional payment method on our platform! 🤩 This is optional to our normal direct deposit payment method sent to your bank account which is supported by Plaid.

You are not obligated to transition to DailyPay but we know that many of you prefer to be paid faster. The early withdrawal option will give you access to up to 80% of your earnings. The remaining 20% will be available at the end of our regular pay cycle.

On the DailyPay app that 20% will be shown as a "tax/withholding" we realize this may be confusing but note that we don't withhold any taxes since you are a contractor, this 20% will be available in your balance once the regular payment processing cycle has ended.

Using this payment method will incur additional fees if you request payments in advance of our normal payment processing cycle so please be sure to learn more about this here: NurseDash + DailyPay

Please note that criteria may exclude some NDPros from accessing DailyPay. For example, NDPros who arrive late for their scheduled shift will not be eligible for DailyPay for that specific shift. For complete detail on eligibility, please refer to our exclusion criteria page.

Signing up is easy, all you need to do is download the DailyPay App on your phone and follow the prompts on the screen. If you encounter any issues with signup it may be because you're not using the same information that you have linked to your ND account please check that it matches and try again. You will also need to have your Direct Deposit information before you can access DailyPay.

Otherwise, DailyPay has a dedicated line to assist with NurseDash accounts and you can call them at this number: 1 866-476-7998

Once your account is successfully set up, you will need to wait 24 hours for the platform to allow you to request advances. You must have had at least one payment processed through Direct Deposit first before receiving payments with DailyPay.

* Please note that shifts completed before enrollment, bonuses, shifts that require timecard adjustments, cancellation pay, and shifts that have been punched out early/late compared with the schedule are not currently eligible for DailyPay early withdrawal*
