If you are having issues accessing the NurseDash App and logging in please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Restart the App

Sometimes, something weird happens and causes the app to need to be restarted. Please follow these instructions to restart the app depending on your phone type: How to restart the NurseDash app

2. Restart Your Phone

If restarting the app does not work, it is possible that there is some data that can be reset by restarting your phone. Please restart your phone and relaunch the NurseDash app to see if you can log in now.

3. Reinstall the App

If the last two steps did not work, you should uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone. Please follow these instructions to reinstall the app: How to reinstall the NurseDash app

4. Make sure you are subscribed to our Text Notifications

In the event that you are not receiving the verification code to log in it's likely, you have turned off our notifications. To make sure this is not the case please text the word START to the number (832) 900-2532

5. Contact Tech Support
