In order to be scheduled for shifts, you first need to apply to upcoming shifts that meet your criteria.
Once in the NurseDash app, tap the Shifts icon in the bottom left corner. Once you find a shift you like, tap on the shift and scroll to the bottom of the screen to apply.
If the facility selects you for the shift, you will receive a notification letting you know you have been selected.
Once selected, be sure to confirm the shift as soon as possible. The facility can unselect you if you don’t confirm in a timely manner.
Once you are confirmed to work a shift, you should only withdraw in case of an emergency. If you can’t honor your commitment, withdraw as soon as possible to minimize the impact on your Reliability score.
