If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late for your shift, please request approval from the facility by completing the following:

  1. Message the facility in the NurseDash app to keep a record of your outreach.

  2. Call the facility directly to talk to the supervisor or scheduler. The facility phone number is in the facility orientation materials in the NuseDash app.

Cancelation of your shift due to late arrival does not qualify for cancellation pay. View our Cancelation Policy here: [link].

If you want to apply for back-to-back shifts at different facilities, you must get approval from the facility for late arrival or early departure before you confirm to work the shift.
