At NurseDash, we are committed to providing our NDPros with flexible payment options, including the ability to access earned income in advance through DailyPay. While many of our NDPros benefit from this feature, there are specific criteria that may exclude a shift from being eligible for early withdrawal via DailyPay.

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Late Arrivals: NDPros who arrive late for their scheduled shift will not be eligible for DailyPay for that specific shift.

2. Time Change Request: If an NDPro submits a Time Change Request for a shift, that shift will not be eligible for DailyPay.

3. Total Shift Time: Shifts that exceed 16 hours in duration will not be eligible for DailyPay.

4. Total Earnings Per Shift: Any shift where the total earnings are $2,000 or more will not be eligible for DailyPay.

5. Total Pay Period Hours: If an NDPro has been paid for more than 150 hours in a single pay period (1 week), they will not be eligible for DailyPay for any additional hours during that period.

6. Payment Amount Per Pay Period: If the total payment amount for an NDPro in a single pay period reaches or exceeds $5,000, they will not be eligible for DailyPay for any additional earnings during that period.

We understand the importance of timely payments and strive to offer the best options for our NDPros. However, these criteria are in place to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of our payment system. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these criteria, please reach out to our customer success team for assistance.
