NurseDash is a platform where all of the facilities can post their open shifts, clinicians should follow the break policy shared by each facility in their shift detail.
If a shift is posted with a required break, the required break time will not be paid. However, there may be instances when a shift supervisor requests that a break not be taken.
To ensure you receive payment for not taking a break, please see the link below to submit the request. The form requires you to provide the name of the supervisor who approves you to work through the break in order for us to verify with the facility. Once it is verified, the payment will be processed during the next pay cycle.
Please note, we would not be able to process payments if the supervisor's name is not provided.
