Each facility has its own orientation packet that is available on the shift posting. The app will require you to review the material before you can apply to any shifts at that facility. Once you complete the packet for a single facility, you do not have to review it to submit additional applications.

The orientation packet includes the facility point of contact, information on breaks, attire, and parking as well as other pertinent information.

If a facility requires an in-person orientation before your first shift, they will reach out to you directly to schedule the orientation. In-person orientation may be paid or unpaid depending on the facility. For additional questions, you can reach out to the facility directly using the messaging icon on the top right corner of the shift posting.
